Lamai fishing village is only a ten minute drive from the resort while the hip and busy shopping and nightlife centre of Chaweng is only fifteen minutes away.

Renaissance Koh Samui Resort & Spa comprises 78 Villas and Deluxe Rooms. Rooms are sea facing with stunning views of the lush tropical gardens and the Gulf of Siam.

Deluxe Rooms are stylish, with an emphasis on comfort and furnished in the finest Asian décor. Finely appointed with all modern amenities, every deluxe room is designed with its own private whirlpool. Deluxe Rooms are located in the main building of the resort.

Villas are located around the beach level of the resort in the fragrant, tropical gardens. One’s imagination will be spoilt by the wall encompassed luxurious villa with an exclusive private plunge pool overlooking our tranquil gardens or the vast sea.

Each of the 32 single story villas is surrounded by lush vegetation which assures each guest complete privacy. The villas have a living area of 60 – 64 square meters (646 – 689 square feet) in size and  96 – 102 square meters (1,033 – 1,098 square feet) outside private terrace and plunge pool with sun beds and a dining area accessible from the spacious living room through traditional Thai doors.

Each villa features a separate bedroom with a King size four-poster bed and separate living area, each bedroom comes with a private bathroom featuring double vanity and sunken bath/shower.

Banana Leaf is a casual dining restaurant offering indoor and al fresco dining, serving flavors of east and west which ensures a unique dining experience. Creative à la carte menu items are available for breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as extensive buffet presentations for breakfast. The menu provides fresh, bold flavors using the finest and freshest ingredients. The restaurant has stunning views of the resort's beautifully landscaped gardens, main pool and the Gulf of Siam.

The resort has two magnificent swimming pools. The main pool decorated with oriental sculptures has three levels, two of which can be used as paddling pools for children. The pool is located by the beach and has magnificent views. The resort’s 50 meter Leelawadee Lap Pool is located adjacent to the Deluxe Room building and offers a truly Olympic experience as well as a tropical, peaceful and quiet environment.
