Information Assistance:

For any enquiries and assistance, simply approach the airport officers at the Airport Information Counters. For both terminals, there are 2 counters in the Departure Lounge and 2 at the Arrival Hall. Alternatively, passengers may make use of the Airport Internal Lines which are conveniently located around the terminal building.

There are 3 commercial banks as follows:

Each bank has counters for currency exchange and Automatic Teller Machines (ATMs) in the departure and arrival halls of International Passenger Terminal 1&2 and the Domestic Terminal.

Currency Exchange
There are many currency exchange counters and Automatic Exchange Machines in the Departure Halls (e.g., near the Passenger Service Charge Counter) and Arrival Halls of the International and Domestic Passenger Terminals. Major foreign currencies can be exchanged for Thai Baht with banks and exchange vending machines. Major credit cards are also widely accepted in the airport terminal.
